How can I place an order with Paper Themes?
You may place a Christmas Card order online at our Website, by post, phone or by fax.

The easiest way to personalise and purchase your Christmas Card is online. In six easy steps you will be ready to checkout. Select your required Card design, greeting and typeface before entering your personal details. Confirm your details before adding your order to your basket and checkout! You can move back and forth between these stages before checking out so don’t worry should you want to change something. We use World Pay payment method, which accepts all major credit and debit cards and is secured with advanced SSL technology.
Please note: Online Payment is not available for customers outside of the UK due to various postal charges. If you are not based in the UK, and would like to enquire about prices then please contact or customer services on 0845 120 6004.

I’ve made a mistake and ordered my Cards, what should I do?
Don’t worry should you make a little mistake along the way. We will check and re-check your order to ensure complete accuracy. We understand sometimes mistakes can be made entering information online. With Paper Themes you will have plenty of opportunities to rectify an error.
I no longer want my Christmas Cards, what is your refund policy?
We will refund your payment in total without problem, providing you make us aware you no longer wish to purchase the cards before we have printed the final products.
I am not happy with my Christmas Cards I have just received. Can I have my money back?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of all our products. Should you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet your quality expectations. Simply contact us within 21 days of delivery and return the items to us.
Can you print Christmas cards in a language other than English?
We can print your wedding stationery in a language other than English for a charge of £24.00 per item, which includes a free layout proof. Please provide the wording as a Microsoft Word document.

Ive found a better price for same Card on another site, can you beat it?
We’re pretty sure the best value for money will be with us. Should you find the same card at a better price elsewhere we will definitely aim to beat their price, providing you can tell us where you found the card.
Do your Christmas cards come supplied with envelopes?
Envelopes are provided with all wedding invitations and evening invitations at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. Reply cards include envelopes flat printed with the return address on the front at no additional cost. Please ensure you include the return address in the space provided on the order form.

What is a proof?
Your proof will show you what your typeface, wording and card design will look like on your Christmas Card. See below for a better understanding of our proofing process.
How can I be sure my final Christmas Card wording will be correct?
We understand the ease at which a mistake can be made when entering information into a form. To give you peace of mind though, we go through an extensive "proofing process" to ensure that your cards arrive at your door exactly as you want them.
If at any stage in this process you want to make changes then that is no problem. Changes to the wording, typeface, text colour, personalized details or Card design can be made at any stage, without added cost.

Can I use my own wording?
Yes, of course. The wording on your card is entirely up to you. Type your personal Christmas Greeting in at stage 2 of our ordering process. Wedding invitations, evening invitations, reply cards, thank you cards, order of service and menus can be printed in a choice of wording options, ink colours and lettering styles

Can I put my Company logo on my Christmas Cards?
Yes, no problem. Simply send us the image you wish to use and we can include in on your card for that extra personal touch!

How long will it take to receive my Christmas cards?
Generally your goods will be despatched 10-14 working days from receipt of your order. Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature, so choose your delivery address carefully (i.e. your work address may be better than your home). Despatch outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland will be priced on application.

Ensuring you have the latest site from Paper Themes
We constantly update our Paper Themes Christmas site and it is important that the latest information from Paper Themes is downloaded by your web browser.
In order for you to view the latest version of our site it is important to follow the steps below.
Below are instructions on how to clear your temporary internet files, otherwise known as your browser cache, and how to set your browser to check for the latest information with every visit to the page.

To use the Paper Themes website you will need to enable cookies in your web browser. Below are some basic instructions to help you enable cookies in your browser, should you wish to do so.

They are widely used in order to make websites work more efficiently, as well as to provide business and marketing information to the owners of the site. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
I.E. 6 has two different places where cookie options can be adjusted, and both of these need to be set to "accept cookies". Open the Tools menu and select "Internet options". Both the Security Tab Options and the Privacy Tab options need to be set to accept cookies (the Privacy Tab is new to I.E. 6).
Security Tab: With the "Internet Zone" selected, the Security Level for this zone should be set to a maximum setting of "Medium". (It can be less - but it provides less safeguards)
Privacy Tab: To change the settings for all websites: Go to the "Privacy" tab. Click on the "Advanced" button. Tick the "Override automatic cookie handling" box. Select the "Accept" option for both First-party and Third-party cookies and tick the "Always allow session cookies" box. Click "OK". Click "OK" again.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5
On the menu bar, click the Tools and select "Internet Options..." When the Internet Options screen opens, select the "Security" tab. Select "Custom Level". Scroll down to the Cookies section. Ensure that cookies are enabled to be stored and allowed on session level. Click the "OK" button to close the Security Settings screen and "OK" again to close the Internet Options screen and return to the browser.
Mozilla Firefox for Windows 1.0 or above
• On the menu bar select "Tools"
• Click "options"
• Within options select the "Privacy" tab
• Within the privacy tab click "cookies"
• Tick the "Allow sites to set cookie" check box
• Click "Ok" to confirm changes
